Full Job Description

Cloverkey is a trusted name in retail gift shops within hospital systems. As a family-owned business, we are built on values of hard work, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support our continued growth across the retail industry.

This role will own email marketing, marketing collateral, digital content, customer testimonials, referral marketing, CRM segmentation, customer communications, website content, and brand management. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and hospital partners to ensure all marketing efforts are current, professional, measurable, and aligned with company objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design capabilities with marketing strategy, content creation, project management, and analytical skills. This individual should be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, experienced with email marketing platforms, comfortable working with data, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and supports the Chief Operations Officer in retail growth objectives. This position offers significant growth opportunities and the ability to make a direct impact on a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsibilities -

Develop marketing strategy & communications
Manage email marketing & CRM management
Marketing material design and management
B2B growth marketing
Develop and manage customer feedback programs
Coordinate photography, video & content development
Retail marketing support
Assist with management of website & digital presence
Marketing analytics & reporting

Requirements

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred

Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, including -

Experience managing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, or similar systems.
Experience working with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
Experience working with vendors, printers, photographers, and creative partners.
Marketing experience preferred in the following industries: healthcare, retail, franchise, hospitality, or multi-location marketing

Skills -

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Strong copywriting, editing, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities

Travel - Up to 10% travel
