Job Description:

As the RN Supervisor in Auburn, you'll provide clinical leadership, coach and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional care for every patient we serve. Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00

Benefit Highlights:

Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employees and 80% for dependents.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and support your Pod's nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.
Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.
Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California
Two years RN experience.
Current CPR Certificate.
