Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our Patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor. You will be responsible for managing phone systems, handling clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
Support administrative staff with various clerical duties as required.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications for document creation and management.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
