Full Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Human Resources Coordinator to perform a variety of HR, administrative, and clerical tasks. Duties of the HR Coordinator include assisting the HR Director, providing HR support to our Host Home Providers, managers, and employees. HR duties include, but are not limited to assisting with onboarding, training, benefit administration, managing personnel and contractor files, and HRIS data entry. Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous Human Resources experience and have familiarity with our industry, we’d really like to meet you.

This is a Monday - Thursday, 8-5 schedule (varies)

Responsibilities

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of tracking and regularly scheduled reports
Maintain an Employee and Contractor filing system
Data Entry in our HRIS system
Provide HR support to Host Home Providers and Employees

Skills

Proven experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, and Excel)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
College preferred, but will consider HR Certification, and experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or Assistant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
