Job Overview
Emergency Physicians of the Rockies is seeking an Administrative Assistant to add to its Corporate Office staff. Emergency Physicians of the Rockies (EPR) is an independent, physician-owned Emergency Medicine practice with 120+ Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers staffing 6 Emergency Departments affiliated with the UCHealth System in Northern Colorado. JOB DUTIES:

Phone duties: take action on calls as well as take messages, prioritize, and give to appropriate person in a pleasant, professional manner as needed.
Distribute voicemails and communication received via EPRockies email.
Mail processing: prioritize and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
Point of contact for patient billing-related issues, coordination between billing office, collection agencies, medical records, and UCHealth Risk Management department and others. Receive and distribute medical records requests. Receive and distribute billing-related requests.
Finance support including assistance with expense reports, accounts payable, invoicing, statistical reporting, hours reconciliation, unclaimed property, and use tax as requested.Payroll support including assistance with direct deposits, recurring benefit deductions, and general payroll preparation assistance as requested.
Interact with Office Staff, COO, Physicians, committees, other EPR staff, and hospital system staff.
Point of contact and coordination for CSU game ticket sign-ups and distribution (football, volleyball, basketball, etc.).
Point of contact, assist with coordinating CSU Premedica ED rotations.
Point of contact for office/physical location maintenance and follow through. Facilitate management of cleaning, internal recycling, trash, and shredding, as required.
Responsible for general office/physical location organization, corporate supply inventory, and purchasing.
Coordinate group function planning and follow-through: finding and reserving meeting location, coordinating catering, and announcements.
Coordinate meeting planning and preparation: assisting with scheduling and invitations; documentation prep and distribution as requested.
Assist with office records and file management processes and compliance.
Corporate and committee support including agenda preparation, presentations, recording meeting minutes, and distribution as requested.
Detail-oriented and organized.
General document processing including documents, presentations, graphs, charts, and forms creation as requested.
File, copy, and paperwork organization as needed.
Collate and distribute material as needed.
Maintain confidentiality.
Travel between sites as necessary.
Organize, maintain, and facilitate designated office projects.

Qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience of office administrative support skills.
Ability to effectively multi-task.
Proficiency with personal computers (preferably MAC) and printers.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
Good oral and written communication.
Personable and self-motivated.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
