Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a portfolio of Communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer, analytical, and communication skills. Resourceful individuals with excellent attention to detail will succeed and grow in this environment. The role requires a professional with comprehensive knowledge of the existing legal frameworks as they pertain to HOAs, financial practices, and some public speaking to effectively lead HOA activities and support Community growth.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of day to day operations, including property maintenance coordination and vendor management
Conduct regular inspections of Communities, and send violations in accordance with their Enforcement Policies
Attend Board Meetings (typically outside of standard working hours)
Maintain accurate records both in our internal storage and on the Homeowner Portal
Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, dispute resolution, and conflict management
Facilitate communication between Homeowners, Board Members, vendors, and external agencies in a timely and professional manner
Regularly review Associations' current financial status, delinquencies, and pending invoices.
Prepare Annual Budgets
Manage each Association's collection process, ensuring all mandated steps are taken as required.

Requirements

Proven ability to manage multiple HOAs
Strong computer skills, and the ability to do basic troubleshooting
Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, etc.
Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to handle disputes professionally
Experience with reading and interpreting Governing Documents
Exceptional communication skills with effective customer service and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the judgement needed to prioritize appropriately.
Strong understanding of standard practices within the HOA space. Fund accounting, budgeting, and seemingly annual policy changes are all realities we face. The ideal candidate will be up to date on the most recent legislative changes, how those affect our Communities, and what it takes to keep them compliant moving forward.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
