Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are excited to expand our services in Fort Collins, CO, and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical counseling to individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, with a focus on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Anxiety. Prior experience and training in OCD is preferred, we are happy to provide and cover the cost of specialized training for the right candidate. Fully licensed therapists only. Must be available Wednesdays and Fridays to see clients.

This role requires a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (ERP, CBT, DBT, ACT, I-CBT)), excellent clinical judgment, and a commitment to client-centered care. The position includes both in-person and telehealth services (depending on the client's preference) and requires accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide ongoing counseling services via in-person and virtual sessions.
Apply effective crisis management strategies to support clients in acute distress.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
Collaborate with medical and mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Commit to continued professional development and stay current with best practices in mental health and telehealth services.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Active license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in outpatient settings.
Experience working with OCD and anxiety is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships across diverse populations.
Comfortable providing services to children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families.
Willingness to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients (part time).
Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment and ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
