Full Job Description

Behind every Washworld machine is a customer who needs help keeping their business running.

As a Technical Support Representative, you'll be the person customers call when they need assistance. You'll help troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide customers toward solutions.

You don't need to know everything about vehicle wash systems on day one. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning how equipment works.

We'll teach the technical side.

What You’ll Do

Help customers troubleshoot issues with Washworld vehicle wash equipment
Ask questions, gather information, and help customers diagnose problems
Guide customers through solutions over the phone and follow issues through to resolution
Answer questions about system features, operation, and performance
Track and document support activity
Assist with warranty-related questions and coordinate solutions
Partner with Engineering to share customer feedback and identify product improvements
Learn new products and systems to support customers as equipment evolves
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours technical support

What You Bring

Strong customer service and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and a desire to understand how things work
The ability to stay calm and focused while solving problems
A customer-first mindset, taking the customer’s problem seriously and working toward the right solution
Clear communication and a professional phone presence
Comfort juggling multiple issues and prioritizing effectively
A sense of humor and the ability to work well with a team that likes to keep things light
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when working with frustrated customers
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to continuously learn
Experience in customer service, technical support, maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, or a related field is helpful but not required
