Job Specifics:

Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: M-F Day Shift

Job Description:

The Surgical Purchasing Agent supports surgical and procedural areas through the selection, sourcing, ordering, and inventory management of surgical supplies, implants, instruments, and related services. This role leverages extensive clinical surgical experience to ensure the right products are available at the right time, and partner with clinical teams to optimize patient care, quality outcomes, and cost stewardship. The Surgical Purchasing Agent serves as a subject matter expert for surgical products, vendors, and workflows, maintaining strong alignment between clinical needs and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:

Education : Clinical education in radiological technology, surgical technology or nursing is strongly preferred
Experience :
Minimum of five years of direct clinical experience in Cath Lab or procedural/surgical setting or three to five years of relevant purchasing experience required.
Must demonstrate hands-on experience with medical supplies, instruments, implants, and physician preference items.
Experience working collaboratively with providers, and procedural staff is preferred.
Knowledge of automated purchasing systems, ordering, and inventory management within a healthcare environment is preferred.
