This is an opportunity to join a polished, high-volume restaurant where leadership is visible, service matters, and hospitality comes first.

We're primarily seeking a full-time leader, but we are open to considering exceptional part-time candidates with significant restaurant management experience. Fine dining, upscale casual, or polished full-service restaurant management experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

As Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to lead all aspects of daily operations, including:

Delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift
Leading, coaching, and developing our front- and back-of-house teams
Being present on the floor during service and supporting your team wherever needed
Hiring, training, and motivating team members
Managing labor, scheduling, and daily operations
Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Helping drive sales while controlling costs
Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and genuine hospitality

What We're Looking For

Restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience managing a full-service bar program—including bartenders, beverage service, inventory, and liquor controls—is a strong plus.

Schedule

Tuesday through Sunday
40–50 hours per week for full-time managers, 40 hours is typical but can be more during busy season if needed.
Mix of opening and closing shifts
Part-time management opportunities may be available for highly qualified candidates

Compensation

$55,000–$65,000 annual salary
