Full Job Description

Position Summary:

Provide diverse support in maintaining existing business and in the development of future business within our customer base. Assist in assuring that services provided meet or exceed external and internal client expectations.

Work cooperatively with colleagues and take responsibility for processing and coding product releases and customer projects. Assist in the management of account projects from start through close-out by taking responsibility for maintaining files, reports, shipments and miscellaneous tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Process product only orders for clients by creating projects and orders. Ensure orders are paid via their appropriate terms.
Process code checks and edit client releases based on authorizations from Account Manager(s) through tasks. Accumulate all information necessary to accurately ship and bill to our clients.
Provide reports based on external client and internal client needs. Interact with Account Manager(s) and production personnel in maintaining accurate reports/shipments and the resolution of discrepancies in a timely manner.
Process miscellaneous correspondence and maintain files and reports.
Manage multiple email boxes by facilitating timely communication to and from clients.
Identify unallocated consigned inventory for return to appropriate manufacturing facility or for use on open releases.
Assist Account Manager(s) in the development (open projects) and management of projects, keeping clients and subcontractors informed with updated and accurate information (i.e., through phone and written communications and maintaining comments in projects).
Facilitate purchase orders for subcontractors/vendors as needed via tasks from Account Management team.
Answer calls in call centers as necessary to support the overall business.
Support any client portals through detailed attention to PO receipts, verification of accuracy, and any administration support.
Aid other Client Services team members during peak workload periods, vacations and absences.
Contribute best thinking to the organization; expected to share unique experiences, education and insight and to continue to add to personal skills and education to help the organization meet the challenges it faces. Question and challenge current policies to enhance processes or procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements / Experience:

Junior College or Technical School graduate with an Associate Degree in Business preferred.
High School graduate with business courses, additional formal education and experience within the Corporation are acceptable.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel computer software programs.
Possess strong organizational and planning abilities to maintain effective control of workflow.
Requires good, logical thought process, including analytical ability and business sense, good comprehension of math, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with computer data entry and inquiry.
