1 AM and 1 PM Line Cook Needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare awesome meals for our customers.
Weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Steam, grill, boil, bake, or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Check food and ingredients for freshness.
Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned.
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing menu items and guest preferences.
Performs other related duties to benefit the organization.
Build strong working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and management by providing exemplary customer service.
Correspond and interact with others in a professional and timely manner.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
Strong communication skills.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and self-review of work product.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior.
Ability to adapt quickly to change.
Analytical thinker and ability to exercise good judgment.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Positive and professional attitude.
Work with upholding high ethics and integrity.
Must be available days, nights, and weekends. This position is not remote.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
Catering experience a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.

FULL TIME and PART TIME available. Saturday and Sunday availability is a must. Ideally looking for someone with BBQ and prep experience.
