Job Title: One Call Closer

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a One Call Closer. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting our offerings, and closing sales efficiently in a single call. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients in person to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Effectively communicate the value of our products or services to close sales during the initial contact.
Manage your schedule while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
Follow up with leads as necessary to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in home presentation sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a complete line of equipment including whole-house systems, drinking water systems, air purification systems for residential and commercial applications.

We are looking for two highly motivated outside sales representatives to represent our company and our exclusive products.

Earn $62,400 - $135,200 plus

Earn $62,400 if you’re average, $135,200 + if you’re good. Come and build your own empire within our great sales organization. You must be highly motivated!

Requirements:
- 3 plus years outside sales experience, preferably "in home" sales
- Drivers License and vehicle
- Team mindset, a ‘can-do’ attitude and uncompromising ethics
- Background Check
This is a full time | salary plus commission position
