Sales Admin Support

Location: Proximity Hotel & O.Henry Hotel, Greensboro, North Carolina

Hours: Full Time

Proximity Hotel and O.Henry Hotel are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Support (Admin) to join their team of enthusiastic hospitality professionals who provide outstanding experiences to the guests they serve in a fast-paced environment. What are the responsibilities of Sales Support?

Work primarily with the Hotel Catering Sales Team
Ensure that we are taking care of our guests and colleagues in accordance with our mission statements
Answer and direct phone calls while causing our guests to be delighted
Perform administrative duties consistently and efficiently including organizing daily tasks and scheduling meetings and appointments
Coordinate and prepare reports, analyzing data, and identify solutions
Communicate clearly with multiple departments
Complete daily reconciliation of billing and other financial reports
Endeavor to find answers to all questions for guests or colleagues and be solution oriented

What Skills and Experience are desired for Sales Support?

High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter, able to learn and work somewhat independently
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
Computer savvy and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
Experience with Salesforce/Amadeus Advanced (Delphi) a plus
