Site Manager – Southern Resin, Inc.
Position Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, safety, operational performance, and financial success of Southern Resin, Inc.'s manufacturing facility. This position provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for all plant operations, including production of polymer and resin products, maintenance, quality, environmental compliance, warehousing, inventory, shipping, and employee development.
The Site Manager ensures safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This individual serves as the senior leader at the facility and works closely with executive leadership to achieve company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Plant Management

Provide overall leadership for all manufacturing operations.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in:

Position Vision
