Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer support. Your multilingual and bilingual skills will be essential as you communicate effectively with diverse clients across various regions. Duties

Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling to promote products and services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized customer support and solutions
Conduct data entry accurately in our CRM system to track client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and strategize outreach efforts
Manage client accounts efficiently by organizing schedules, follow-ups, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools
Support client onboarding processes by providing clear communication and technical guidance as needed

Qualifications

Multilingual abilities with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, and phone etiquette is preferred
Bilingual capabilities are considered an asset for engaging diverse client bases
