Whether a patient is calling for the first time or checking in for their tenth visit, you're the voice who makes them feel welcomed, remembered, and supported.

At 360 Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy, that voice could be yours.

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, focus, organization, and compassion to every interaction. Someone who doesn’t just schedule appointments, but creates calm in the middle of busy clinic days. Someone who doesn’t just answer phones, but helps patients take the next step in their care.

This role is about more than checking people in and out.

It’s about being part of a clinic that believes in great communication, strong follow-through, patient-centered service, and a supportive team environment where people care about doing things well.

From that first phone call to the final check-out, you’ll help guide patients through their care experience. You’ll answer questions, schedule appointments, explain next steps, support the clinical team, and help patients feel confident and cared for.

At 360 Sports Medicine & Spine Therapy, the front desk plays a key role in how patients experience the clinic.

What You’ll DoNew Patient Scheduling & Lead Conversion

Convert incoming inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations.
Respond quickly and warmly to patient questions by phone and email.
Follow up with patient leads and help them take the next step.
Support a strong, steady schedule that helps patients stay consistent with their care.
Participate in proven sales and communication training to improve lead conversion and patient scheduling.

Insurance & Financial Coordination

Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.
Explain coverage, deductibles, and copays with clarity and kindness.
Collect payments at check-in and check-out with professionalism.
Help patients understand the administrative side of care without making them feel overwhelmed.

Case Management & Data Accuracy

Enter and update patient information accurately in the EMR.
Maintain complete and organized electronic charts.
Support accurate documentation, scheduling, and communication across the clinic.
Use tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and EMR systems to keep information organized and current.

Front Office Operations

Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage scheduling and calendar flow throughout the day.
Communicate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.
Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and improve appointment compliance.
Help create a calm, organized, and supportive front desk experience.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 1–2 years of front desk, Patient Care Coordinator, or healthcare admin experience.
Have experience in a healthcare, PT, chiropractic, medical, or front office setting.
Communicate with clarity, kindness, and confidence, especially by phone.
Are comfortable with scheduling, insurance verification, data entry, and EMR systems.
Have experience using Google Workspace and Excel.
Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool.
Are detail-oriented and accurate with patient information.
Enjoy customer service and helping people feel cared for.
Have a growth mindset and are willing to learn, improve, and be coached.
