Full Job Description

Camelback Ford and Lincoln is looking for a professional and welcoming Automotive Receptionist to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. We are looking for Part-Time Receptionist! Needs to be flexible with hours - there are two shifts Monday through Friday 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm. Sunday is 10am-6pm.

If you like to work in a busy fast paced environment and want to be a huge part of the team, this is the perfect fit for you!

Hours:

7:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday - Saturday (2 SHIFTS per day, opening from 7am-2pm and 2pm-pm)

Sunday 10-6 pm

Will be flexible, and is 25-32 hours a week!

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers in an efficient, professional, friendly and courteous manner
Operate switchboard telephone system to receive incoming calls, determine nature of the call and direct caller to appropriate person or department
Answer basic questions and general inquiries and take thorough messages
Assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks as needed
Assist in handling of dealer plates and assign to sales staff as needed for customer test drives
Issue gas vouchers to sales/service team as needed for demos, etc.
Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers
Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
Other duties may be assigned
Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance

Qualifications

High school diploma and/or GED required
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, excel and word)
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
Previous receptionist experience is preferred
Please apply if you have worked as automotive receptionist before, or in a doctors office, lawyers firm, or any business office. Also, a great job if you are currently going to school or in college!
