We're Hiring | Junior Accountant

Puerto Rico | Full-Time | Mostly On-Site with Flexibility

GRC Executive Search is conducting a confidential search for a Junior Accountant on behalf of a growing organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to continue building their career in a collaborative environment with exposure to finance, accounting operations, and business leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Assist in preparing financial reports and management reporting packages.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams on special projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1–3 years of accounting experience (internships and relevant experience will be considered).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or other ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
