General Contracting & Real Estate Investment Company

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our growing companies full time. This position will replace a long-term employee who is retiring, so we are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term role and can become an important part of our day-to-day operations.

This role combines bookkeeping, office management, and administrative support for both our general contracting company and our real estate investment business.

### Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Bank and credit card reconciliations

- Payroll coordination and reporting

- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting

- Work with CPA during tax season and year-end reporting

- Manage vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and W-9s

- Track job costs and project expenses

- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

- Handle office management duties and administrative support

- Answer phones, manage emails, and coordinate schedules

- Assist ownership with special projects and operational tasks

### Qualifications

- Previous bookkeeping experience required

- Experience with QuickBooks REQUIRED

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Professional communication skills

- Construction industry experience is a plus

- Real estate or property management experience is a plus

- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude

### Position Details

- Full-time position

- Monday–Friday
