Full Job Description

Windy City Harley-Davidson is looking for a driven and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team! If you’re passionate about Harley-Davidson motorcycles, have strong people skills, and thrive in a high-energy retail environment — this is your opportunity to grow with a powerhouse dealership.

Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team.
Assist with daily operations including sales floor management, deal structure, and customer engagement.
Help set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, and showroom presentation.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for Fit Specialists and sales staff.
Maintain compliance with all Harley-Davidson and dealership sales processes.
Collaborate with the F&I and Marketing teams to drive traffic and maximize profitability.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in motorcycle or automotive sales leadership preferred.
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to hit targets.
Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
Proficiency with DMS/CRM systems (Talon, Lightspeed, or similar).
Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
