Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced College Cafeteria Manager to oversee all aspects of corporate food service operations weekdays Monday-Friday . This energetic leader will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while managing daily kitchen activities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary excellence, exceptional team management skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure an outstanding dining experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence menu development, supervise food production, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet brand standards and customer expectations
Manage inventory control and food safety compliance, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
Plan menus that reflect culinary trends while accommodating dietary restrictions and customer preferences
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism
Implement shift management procedures to ensure smooth daily operations across all food service areas
Maintain strict adherence to health regulations and safety standards to guarantee a safe working environment

Experience

Proven culinary leadership with extensive experience in college dining or hospitality settings
Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management within the food industry
Experience managing banquet services, catering operations, or large-scale food events is highly desirable
Knowledge of inventory management systems, food safety protocols, and dietary department procedures
Hands-on cooking skills coupled with excellent food handling techniques
Previous Food Service, Corporate Dining or hospitality management experience with a focus on customer service excellence
