Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations and drive growth across digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of e-commerce activities, including supply chain coordination, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. Your expertise will ensure seamless order fulfillment, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital presence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Manage supply chain processes, including procurement, sourcing, demand planning, and inventory control to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
Oversee warehouse operations such as receiving, picking & packing, shipping logistics, and warehouse management systems to streamline order fulfillment.
Coordinate transportation planning and freight management using transportation management systems (TMS) and road transportation operations to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
Monitor regulatory compliance related to international trade regulations, shipping logistics, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and customs procedures.
Utilize data analysis skills and supply chain analytics tools to identify process improvements, forecast demand, and improve inventory accuracy.
Lead a team responsible for warehouse distribution, materials handling, dispatching, and customer service to ensure high standards of operational efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement teams on category management, pricing strategies, and sourcing initiatives to maximize profitability.
Ensure adherence to transportation safety regulations and logistics company standards while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or e-commerce leadership roles with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 or similar.
Extensive knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), freight forwarding (including NVOCC), fleet management, and road transportation operations.
Strong skills in inventory management, demand planning, procurement, materials handling, packaging, and shipping logistics.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), warehouse experience, dispatching software, and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance in international trade regulations and transportation safety standards.
Excellent team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to develop innovative solutions for logistics challenges.
Knowledge of logistics company operations including 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), NVOCC services, and international trade procedures is preferred.
