Graphic Designer

Join Our Team

Are you a creative professional with a passion for product design, packaging, photography, and brand development? We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help bring innovative products to market by creating compelling retail-ready creative assets across multiple channels.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, develop engaging visual content, and ensure every product is presentation-ready for retail and eCommerce.

Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office. Wednesday and Friday work from home.

What You'll Do

Product & Packaging Design

Design products such as fight sport equipment, fitness accessories, and related consumer products.

Design production-ready packaging artwork from concept through final approval.
Create product graphics, logos, branding elements, and visual identities.
Conduct color, trend, and market research to support product development.
Generate UPC barcodes, sticker artwork, and maintain SKU accuracy.
Ensure packaging meets branding standards, compliance requirements, and product feature specifications.

Photography & Creative Assets

Coordinate product photography from sample intake through final image delivery.
Produce retail-ready product imagery and assist with image retouching.
Create creative assets for eCommerce, email marketing, retail presentations, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Design retail graphics, feature icons, signage, point-of-sale materials, and in-store displays.
Maintain consistency across all visual assets to strengthen brand identity.

Systems & Retail Readiness

Maintain product, packaging, and creative asset information across internal systems.
Track packaging revisions and coordinate updates with factories, quality control, and cross-functional teams.
Support Pro Catalog updates, annual product line plans, and Special Make-Up (SMU) projects.
Coordinate product samples and creative assets for retail meetings and presentations.
Help ensure all creative deliverables are accurate, compliant, and launch-ready.

What You'll Deliver

High-quality retail-ready product photography and imagery.
Production-ready packaging artwork.
Creative assets that support marketing, sales, retail, and eCommerce initiatives.
Accurate SKU, UPC, and packaging information.
Professional retail presentation materials and organized product data.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in graphic design, packaging design, product branding, or creative production.
Experience using Figma for collaborative design, UI mockups, creative asset development, and cross-functional design workflows.
Experience preparing print-ready artwork and digital creative assets.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product development, marketing, sourcing, quality control, and sales teams.
Experience in consumer products, sporting goods, fitness, or retail products is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Product Development, Marketing, Sourcing, Quality Control, Sales, and external manufacturing partners.
Experience in consumer products, sporting goods, fitness, or retail industries is preferred but not required.
