Senior Sourcing Specialist- Contract

Senior Sourcing Specialist- Contract Details:

Contract position
$39.13 /hour
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Support sourcing leaders with RFP creation, quote analysis, supplier evaluations, and cost change validation.
Analyze supplier, cost, and performance data to identify trends, savings opportunities, risks, and business improvement initiatives.
Build cost models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support sourcing strategies and decision-making.
Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations that translate complex data into clear business insights.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support supplier performance management, negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Senior Sourcing Specialist- Contract Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a specific degree.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, build models, and generate actionable business insights; experience with Word and PowerPoint required.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage supplier relationships.
Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, cost analysis, financial analysis, or performance analytics is preferred but not required.
