Getting licensed teaches you the rules of real estate. It does not always teach you how to build a real business.

Dominion Group of Keller Williams Realty, powered by PLACE™, is looking for new and soon-to-be licensed agents who know New Orleans and are ready to grow across the Greater New Orleans area, including the Northshore.

This opportunity is best for someone who is comfortable crossing the lake when clients, training, or business opportunities require it. You may begin with strong Southshore relationships, but you should be eager to expand into Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, and surrounding communities.

You will learn directly from Louis Williams, a nationally recognized prospector and closer with more than 20 years of real estate experience. His coaching helps new agents learn how to start conversations, follow up with confidence, create appointments, handle objections, and turn activity into real opportunities.

Nicole will teach you how to manage the buyer process with structure while still adjusting quickly to each client’s needs. Her systems help agents stay several steps ahead, guide buyers with confidence, and create the kind of client experience that leads to referrals and repeat business.

You will also have a full operations and administrative team behind you. Once a client signs, much of the paperwork, transaction coordination, listing support, and process management is handled for you. Our Brivity-based systems, PLACE technology, structured onboarding, and ongoing training give you a clear path instead of leaving you to figure everything out alone.

From your first open house to your first negotiation and closing, you will have experienced leaders, proven systems, and practical support around you.

Commission-based position with earnings potential of $75K-$125K annually for committed professionals.

Responsibilities

This role is designed for agents who want a clear path to production, strong support, and real results in their real estate business.

Build your business on a proven foundation by graduating from PLACE Launch, a structured program that gives you clarity, confidence, and direction.
Create consistent lead flow and predictable income by executing PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
Convert more buyers and build client trust by consulting with buyers, securing signed buyer agreements, and guiding them to the right homes.
Win more deals with confidence by negotiating offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
Stay organized and in control of your business by tracking tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
Grow your pipeline through in-person opportunities by hosting two open houses each month to meet new clients and generate leads.
Turn daily effort into real appointments and contracts by converting prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments.
Improve your conversations and close more often by participating in weekly script practice aligned with team standards.
Grow faster alongside driven, high-performing agents by participating in team activities that promote collaboration and accountability.
Receive personalized coaching and ongoing development by committing to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls.
Build a strong, scalable listing business by consulting with sellers, converting listings, and effectively marketing their homes.
Position yourself as a trusted market expert by demonstrating expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services.

Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional with a competitive drive and a passion for prospecting. Building rapport, listening carefully, and identifying solutions come naturally to you. You excel at lead generation, follow-through, and overcoming objections with confidence. You’re tech-savvy, accountable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Licensed real estate professional with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven strength in prospecting, lead generation, and consistent follow-up
Organized, accountable, and skilled at managing priorities to deliver results
Comfortable working with virtual staff and leveraging modern tools to stay efficient
Learning-based, growth-minded, and eager to practice scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills with a focus on accountability and follow-through
Collaborative team player who thrives in a performance-driven environment
