Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Adult Mobile Crisis Program Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate urgent mental health and behavioral crisis interventions for adults in community settings. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing immediate support, assessment, and stabilization for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. As a vital part of our crisis response team, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery and resilience. Your leadership will help foster a safe environment for clients and staff alike, driving positive outcomes through expert crisis management and case coordination.

Responsibilities

Supervise the implementation and operations of all program services, ensuring high-quality care for clients
Provide outreach and help develop a network of community partners providing support in areas such as housing, food security, workforce development, domestic violence intervention, mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring of qualified staff and provide supervision, evaluation, training, and termination, if applicable.
Implement and comply with all policies and procedures adopted by the governing body, and comply with all state licensing, Agency, and programmatic requirements. Work with the management team to update the program manual as needed to maintain compliance with ethical policies and procedures.
Ensure the program meets all federal and state laws and standards of the operation of the program and the Agency.
Delegate appropriate responsibilities to other staff and ensure coverage to oversee the program during your absence.
Address any compliance issues identified by the annual survey and implement immediate corrective action.
Represent the Agency in the community and advocate for the clients and program.
Provide leadership and demonstrate supervisory authority in relation to the Agency.
Work with Sr. management to prepare an annual budget for the governing body’s approval, keep the Agency informed of financial needs, operate within the approved budget, and, in collaboration with the Regional Leader, take appropriate action to maintain the fiscal soundness of the program.
Establish effective communication between the staff and clients and provide for their input into program planning and operating procedures.
Report critical incidents involving program clients to the Agency and the appropriate authorities.
Supervise the performance of all persons involved in any service delivery/direct care to clients and complete an annual performance evaluation of all staff in the program to address the quality and quantity of the work as it relates to client services.
Ensure that all staff receive required training on an annual basis.
Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all client records, and ensure that client and staff files are up-to date and in compliance with required standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, Human Services or
One year of administrative supervision experience preferred
Prior experience working with a mobile crisis unit or crisis program
Demonstrated ability in program management and operations, budget development and accountability, sound supervisory procedures and personnel management, staff development and training, property management, client advocacy, and public relations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, the ability to represent the Agency in a highly professional manner, and to maintain the highest standards of excellence and confidentiality.
Exceptional judgment, initiative, dependability, decision-making skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines.
A valid LA driver’s license, current liability insurance, and access to a properly registered, reliable vehicle in safe operating condition with a current inspection sticker.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,167.00 per month
