Service Manager

All-Access Infotech | Service Desk | Full-Time, On-Site (Exempt/Salaried)

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience

This position is on-site at our office. It is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

About the Role

All-Access Infotech is looking for a Service Manager to lead our full service delivery organization. You'll oversee Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technicians, our Professional Services team, and our Service Coordinator/dispatcher - giving you the complete picture of ticket flow, escalations, and project work across the department. This is a player-coach role - you'll still be hands-on with escalated tickets and high-impact projects, not just managing from a distance.

This position is a great fit for someone who is a strong technician in their own right, cares about developing people, and can balance hands-on problem-solving with the accountability of running a full department.

What You'll Do

- Manage the day-to-day performance of the full service delivery team - Level 1, 2, and 3 technicians, Professional Services, and the Service Coordinator - including regular 1:1s, coaching, and feedback

- Take ownership of escalated tickets and high-impact projects alongside the team

- Own service desk SLAs and overall ticket and project queue health, and drive process improvements from recurring issues

- Oversee dispatch and scheduling across support tiers and project work to keep client commitments on track

- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new technicians at every level

- Support technicians' certification and career growth plans

- Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and build strong, lasting client relationships

- Track and report on team performance metrics and provide input on staffing and tooling needs

What You Need

- 3+ years of experience in an MSP or IT service desk environment, including hands-on Level 2 (or higher) technical work

- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a technical team

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows Server, and general MSP service delivery

- Excellent communication skills with both clients and your team

- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with day-to-day team management

- Strong organizational skills and comfort tracking metrics, SLAs, and team performance

- Able to work on-site full-time - this role is not remote or hybrid

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience managing a multi-tier technical team (e.g., Level 1 through Level 3, or a mix of support and project/professional services staff)

- Experience with PSA/RMM tools such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Datto RMM, or NinjaOne

- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, or similar)
