Edgemark Fencing is your premier fencing company serving customers in Southern Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. We are currently seeking a Fence Construction Crew Leader/ Foreman to join our team.
The Crew Leader/ Foreman plays a key role on the installation crew. Their main role is to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in fence construction who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to crew coordination in the field.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Performing the layout and installation of fencing products with a focus on quality and precision
- Ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are prepared and organized at the job site
- Helping train and guide newer team members on proper installation techniques and safety protocols
- Loading and unloading materials at the yard and job sites
- Performing site prep and clean-up duties before and after installations
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members to keep the project moving forward
This is a leadership position for someone with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow within the company. Experience in fence or outdoor construction IS REQUIRED.
Qualified candidates are encouraged to possess a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Candidates must be willing to perform manual physical labor and be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. All applicants must pass a drug test and physical during the pre-employment process.
