Full Job Description

Full time position with competitive salary and benefits, includes paid holidays, paid time off, retirement plan, medical, vision and dental insurance.

Are you friendly and dependable? Do you enjoy working with the public? We are a growing, privately-owned dermatology practice with an opening for a medical receptionist in our York office.

Daily Responsibilities include:

Answering multi-line phone system
Scheduling appointments for our patients
Patient registration
Patient check out
Handling medical record releases
Opening/Closing office on rotating basis

Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including up to one evening a week
Minimum one year medical front office or pharmacy tech experience required
Working knowledge of medical insurance is preferred
Experience with medical software preferred.
Customer service skills required
Ability to work well with the public, both on the phone and in-person
