About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for clients.

This is a key role in our firm. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional client experience, maintaining clear communication, and supporting the day-to-day flow of the office.

This position is ideal for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Schedule client meetings and manage the firm calendar

Greet clients and ensure a welcoming, professional office environment

Maintain front desk organization and client materials

Ensure consistent front desk coverage during business hours

Communicate clearly with team members regarding client matters and scheduling

Additional Responsibilities

Assist with client intake process, including forms and initial information gathering

Prepare standard client engagement letters and onboarding materials

Coordinate communication between clients and attorneys

Process client payments and assist with engagement workflows

Provide light administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed
