Our organization delivers top-quality results through experienced leadership and advanced technologies, enhancing clients' operating performance by improving cash flow, reducing operating expenses, and increasing profitability.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

The following are expectations for a Payment Processing Client Support Services (Note, responsibilities are distributed throughout the team):

· Check all Journals making sure all payments have been posted correctly and all balances match

· Scan all the journals

· Post all reported payments from the clients

· Fill in wherever needed on jobs trained on

· Check 21 deposits-this requires depositing checks and money orders (consumer/client) into the bank; each must follow the check/balance procedure.

· Check saves, final saves and emails DOO/Accounting/Director of Payment Processing with the day end figures

· Check 21 Electronic checks deleting: log onto our bank site and manually delete the EFT’s ran for that day

· Indexing journals from the previous day so that we have back up in our system at any time for whoever would need to see a transaction (this includes when we have our audits)

· Mail posting (posting walk in or mailed in payments); forms of payments are cash, check, consumer credit counseling checks, wage attachments, money orders, cashier’s checks and certified mail: each payment is posted to the consumers account and tallied at the end of a batch with the check and balance system.

· Handle Mail

· Handle the bouncers that come in from the bank (includes adding the bounced payment back onto their acct, sending a “reminder” to the collector to follow up on, noting the acct. accordingly, and removing banking info from the acct. if necessary)

· Send an email to floor managers to follow up on bouncers that are NOT in a collectors unit.

· Balance Updates (change account balances according to what the Client Reps. send to me that they get from the client)

· Responsible for getting received Client Money to Accounting to be entered

· Responsible for noting on a spreadsheet as to why we cannot accept certain checks, and then

getting them to the Receptionist to be mailed back to the proper location.

· Scanning Daily Cash Receipts and indexing into our system.

· Receive Legal Payments to be posted, keep copies, and pass on to Accounting

· Work with CSR’s to get accounts reopened and checks posted to them that come in differently than normal checks.

· Help with reported payments as needed.

· Keep Work Instructions updated

· Assisting in Client Support Services

· Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately

· Tag system accordingly and efficiently.

· Reviewing itemized bills from clients and matching them with our accounts in the system. Send out the itemized bill when you receive it.

· Maintain calm temperament- always display a positive attitude

· Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor of Payment Processing, CEO, or the DOO/COO

· Above all, Client Satisfaction

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
