FlexTrades is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong setup and operation experience on both CNC mills and CNC lathes. This role requires the ability to manage multiple machines within a manufacturing cell, perform quality inspections, interpret blueprints, and maintain production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills within a multi-machine work cell environment.
- Perform machine changeovers and setups, ranging from simple changeovers to complete setups.
- Monitor and operate up to six machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, inspection sheets, and tooling documentation.
- Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, plug gauges, indicators, and other measuring tools.
- Make tool wear offsets and perform tooling changes as needed.
- Document inspection results and production information accurately.
- Verify production and job completion using electronic production systems and barcode scanning.
- Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to maintain efficient production flow.
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
- Recent experience setting up and operating CNC mills and CNC lathes.
- Manufacturing environment experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience performing machine setups and changeovers.
- Skilled using precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with CNC machine offsets and tool changes.
- Ability to inspect parts and document quality results.
- Experience managing multiple machines in a production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $37/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits

- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
