The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator that will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations and must have the ability to work independently, and problem solving. They will be responsible for materials management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. This individual will perform regular cycle counts and keep detailed tracking of inventory levels to report back to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and perform activities with the warehouse including but not limited to unloading, checking in, receiving, inventory management, and organizing products.

Ensure contractors requests are picked, checked and staged for pick up efficiently and in a timely manner and the inventory system is updated.

Document product configuration and physical characteristics for systematic management.

Complete regular cycle counts and ensures all documentation is accurate.

Make recommendations regarding proper storage, inventory and warehousing procedures and improvements in warehouse efficiency.

Replenish primary pick locations from secondary storage locations.

Transfer product between inventory based on guidelines.

Storing, cutting, packing, and loading for shipment.

Receiving, building, shipping Kits/BOM.

Meeting productivity standards and ensuring accuracy of work to ensure set standards for inventory control and customer satisfaction.

Use Excel and Business Central for inventory functions such as receiving, transfers and shipments.

Operate pallet jacks, forklift and reach trucks, order pickers, and tape machines.

Creation and distribution of weekly and monthly inventory reporting.
- May be required to drive company vehicle and travel to other warehouses/offices throughout operating area.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
2+ years warehouse experience.
-
2+ years of cycle counting and inventory management.
-
6 months’ experience using material handling equipment– forklift and pallet jack.

Proven experience working independently and managing time efficiently.

Organized and ability to manage time efficiently with little daily oversight.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Outlook and Excel.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
-
Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and kneel up to 85% of the time.

Ability to regularly lift 5 – 50 lbs. and occasionally lift over 50 lbs.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
