Full Job Description

We're looking for someong to join our team as the Office Manager. This person will need to be able to successfully and accurately complete the following tasks:

Weekly

· Process Payroll for approximately 12 office employees and 64+ Union Workers

· Pay Taxes to State & Feds

· Certified Payrolls for each project

· 401K Payments/Administration

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

Monthly

· Send AIA Documents to the Construction Managers

· Journal Entries

· Bank Reconciliations

· Job Costing & Reconciliations

· Month-end

· Union Payments

· Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) & Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) Reporting

Quarterly

· 941 Processing

· Quarterly Reporting

· CT Paid Leave Payment Processing

Annually

· Department of Administration Services Prequalification Process

· Revenue Reconciliation

· Year-end Planning

· Year-end Procedure (Closing year & opening new year, etc.)

· Process Bonuses & Profit Sharing/401K

· Health Insurance Comparisons

· Business Insurance

· Job Costing

· W-2s

· 1095s

· 1099s

· OSHA 300 Processing

· Process Sales & Use Tax

· 940 Processing

· Compensation Administration

On-Going

· Supervises the Accounts Payable Assistant, who works remotely

· Work closely with the President of the Company

· Work closely with the Project Managers

· Work closely with the Construction Managers

· Work closely with our Subcontractors

· Cash Receipts

· Onboard new hires

· Answer all benefits and policy inquiries

· Prequalification Reports for Construction Managers

· Help Complete Bid Forms & Collect All Information needed for the bid

· Other Tasks as Assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; or 10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

OF NOTE: OUR OFFICE WILL BE MOVING FROM NEW BRITAIN TO BLOOMFIELD.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
