Full Job Description

Evin at Oconomowoc is an 80-unit senior living community that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. We are looking to add dietary aides to our team. To apply on our website, go to: Koruhealth.org.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, respectful, and positive dining experience for residents and guests
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely, efficient meal service
Develop strong knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials to confidently assist residents with selections
Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences with attention to detail and care
Set, monitor, and reset tables throughout service to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
Deliver meals to residents, including room service and “to-go” orders, in a timely manner
Support overall dining operations by assisting employee's as needed and ensuring smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas, including:
Washing and storing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
Taking out trash and maintaining clean floors and workspaces
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the dining room prepared for service

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, especially with older adults in a senior living environment
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living preferred—but not required (training provided)

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

· Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist where needed

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
