Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our evening team. The hours are 4p-1030p. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, experience with people who have a dementia diagnosis and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and various requests while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
Handle reservations for accommodations, dining, and activities as requested by guests.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and computerized systems, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Uphold confidentiality and security protocols regarding guest information.

Skills

Experience with elderly who have a dementia or Alzheimer diagnosis.
Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
Experience in front desk operations or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
