The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position involves greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, verifying insurance, completing pre-registration, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. By maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and upholding Dermatology Partner’s core values, the Medical Receptionist helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and the clinical team

Maintain the facility’s cleanliness and organization to enhance the patient experience.

Approach challenges such as insurance verifications, and system updates with persistence and problem-solving.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Medical office reception experience preferred, but not required.
