Dealership Service Manager

Tilleman Motor Co. is seeking a knowledgeable, skilled, and highly motivated Dealership Service Manager to lead our service department and support our continued commitment to excellence. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused environment and values strong collaboration across departments.

Position Overview

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, leading service personnel, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will understand and fully commit to Tilleman Motor Co.’s vision of excellence in customer service while working closely with other departments to achieve unified company goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the automotive service department
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Develop, mentor, and motivate service department employees
Collaborate with parts, sales, and leadership teams to support shared objectives
Maintain compliance with OEM standards, warranty requirements, and safety policies
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of vehicles, service systems, and repair processes
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, teamwork, and professionalism
Ability to align department performance with company vision and values
Prior manufacturer-dealership service experience required
