Job Summary

The Kona office is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday it would be eight hours on those days. Bonus based on weekly productivity. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a dynamic team.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
Support office management tasks including supply inventory, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and maintaining organized files

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles such as medical or dental receptionist is a plus
Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar tools is preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
Technical proficiency in office management tools and productivity software is essential for success in this role
