Kauai Drip is a locally owned, nurse practitioner-owned wellness clinic dedicated to helping our patients optimize their health through personalized, evidence-based care. We specialize in IV therapy, hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, body contouring, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic treatments.

As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to compassionate care, professionalism, and wellness.
What You'll Do
As an RN at Kauai Drip, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care both in our clinic and through concierge/mobile services across Kauaʻi.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement care according to clinic protocols.
- Confidently start and maintain peripheral IVs.
- Administer IV infusions, IM and SQ injections, and prescribed medications in accordance with provider orders and standing protocols.
- Monitor patients throughout treatments and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Educate patients regarding treatments, medications, supplements, wellness services, and aftercare.
- Assist providers during medical and aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards.
- Assist with scheduling, answering phones, payment processing, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Help maintain clinic inventory and daily operations.
- Participate in occasional community events and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Current Hawaiʻi Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- BLS certified (ACLS preferred)
- Highly proficient with IV starts and IV therapy
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team member
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in any of the following is highly preferred:
- Emergency Department
- Infusion Nursing
- Concierge Nursing
- Medical Spa
- Wellness Clinic
- Functional or Integrative Medicine
- Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Weight Management
Requirements
- Saturday availability is required.
- Additional weekday availability is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel throughout Kauaʻi for concierge visits (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
