Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Assistant Manager Driver Revenue. Build Partnerships. Create New Opportunities.

E Noa Corporation is seeking a Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Assistant Manager who is passionate about sales, business development, and creating exceptional experiences for our guests and partners. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys pursuing new opportunities, building relationships, and contributing directly to company growth.

We are looking for someone who does not wait for opportunities to come to them — someone who actively seeks new business opportunities, develops strategic partnerships, and brings creative ideas forward to help expand our tourism offerings.

This position offers significant commission opportunities based on performance and revenue growth. The right candidate will be motivated by achieving goals, exceeding sales targets, and being rewarded for their success.

Sales Growth & Business Development

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding E Noa Corporation’s sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and creating strategies that drive revenue growth.

You will:

Prospect and develop new B2B partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, wholesalers, corporate clients, concierge partners, and tourism organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
Seek out new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
Identify opportunities to create new tours, packages, and experiences that meet market demand.
Develop creative sales strategies to increase bookings and expand our customer base.
Assist with negotiating partnerships and closing business opportunities.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
Work toward achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

B2C Sales & Guest Engagement

Support direct-to-consumer sales initiatives by engaging with guests and understanding their needs.
Recommend products, tours, and experiences that create value for guests while increasing revenue opportunities.
Provide exceptional service while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Partnership & Relationship Management

Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and partners.
Understand partner goals and provide customized solutions.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to strengthen long-term relationships.
Represent E Noa Corporation professionally at networking events, industry functions, and community opportunities.

Marketing & Growth Support

Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
Assist with developing sales materials, presentations, and promotional resources.
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for new growth opportunities.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
A motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and creating new opportunities.
Experienced in B2B and/or B2C sales, business development, account management, or partnership development.
Comfortable with prospecting, networking, and generating new business.
Creative and able to identify opportunities for new products, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets.
Confident communicating with clients, partners, and business leaders.
Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Passionate about hospitality, tourism, and delivering exceptional experiences.
Available to work weekends as business needs require.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, transportation, or destination marketing.
Experience managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
Experience creating partnerships or launching new products/services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
