Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends | Salary + Commission

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our busy, established dealership. If you’re a proven leader with a passion for customer service and experience managing high-volume dealership parts operations, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team that values leadership, efficiency, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, including retail sales, wholesale accounts, online orders, and service department fulfillment
Manage inventory levels to maintain accurate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence
Analyze inventory reports and department performance metrics to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall operations
Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability and excellent customer satisfaction
Maintain organized inventory systems and processes to improve accuracy, productivity, and workflow
Lead, train, and support Parts Department staff while fostering a professional, team-oriented environment
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining a high standard of service

Qualifications:

Previous Automotive Dealership Parts Manager experience required
Ford and/or Lincoln experience preferred
Proficient computer skills with experience using dealership management software (CDK experience preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
