Position Summary
Leistritz is seeking a hands-on Account Manager to support and grow business with established turbine OEM customers in the United States.
This role is focused primarily on turbine blade sales to OEM customers, with additional responsibility to support cross-business-unit opportunities where Leistritz pumps or related products may create value for the same customer base.

The main objective is to grow share of wallet by improving account coverage, managing customer needs, executing quotations effectively, coordinating with technical and commercial teams in Germany, and owning the customer relationship.
The right candidate will be comfortable doing detailed commercial work, following up persistently, and working across functions, countries, and time zones. This position requires strong customer presence, disciplined quote execution, and the ability to communicate clearly with technical experts and business leaders.
Location and Work Model
The preferred candidate will be based in northern or central New Jersey, with access to the Leistritz US office for hybrid work.
Leistritz currently operates in Allendale, NJ, and expects to relocate the office farther south in New Jersey in the near future. Candidates should be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement that supports regular in-person collaboration with the US team.
