Full Job Description

CNC Mill Turn Operator

Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID
Pay: $25.00–$36.00 per hour (DOE)

Integrated Personnel is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Turn Operator who can independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Mill Turn machines. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality parts, works efficiently, and enjoys being part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform complete machine setups and changeovers.
Install, set, and offset turning and live tooling.
Load CNC programs and safely perform dry runs before production.
Run first-article parts and perform inspections to ensure quality standards.
Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds to optimize production and part quality.
Read and interpret blueprints and inspection documents.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including chip removal, coolant checks, and material preparation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years of recent CNC Mill Turn setup and operating experience.
Ability to perform complete machine setups with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and machine adjustments.
Experience using precision measuring instruments and performing quality inspections.
Dependable work history with verifiable references.
Resume with complete employment history (no unexplained gaps).
Must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms.
Must be able to work in an ATF-regulated manufacturing environment (07 FFL / 02 SOT).

Schedule

Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

$25.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, productivity, and quality.
