We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and brand direction across the StanCraft family of companies.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the StanCraft brand, support business growth, and effectively communicate the unique value of each company.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic and creative marketing professional who enjoys both developing the big-picture strategy and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen. The Director will oversee digital marketing, advertising, websites, social media, content, public relations, events, community engagement, and external marketing partners while working closely with executive leadership and department leaders across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized project leader, creative thinker, and confident decision-maker who can manage multiple brands and priorities while maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies supporting the goals of all StanCraft companies.

Lead and protect the StanCraft family of brands by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across marketing channels.

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including websites, advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, online reputation management, and other digital platforms.

Direct the development of marketing content, promotional materials, internal communications, public relations efforts, and brand campaigns.

Manage marketing assets, websites, digital platforms, and marketing technology to ensure organized, secure, and effective operations.

Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance and return on investment.

Build and maintain relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, contractors, media partners, and community organizations.

Plan and coordinate company events, sponsorships, trade shows, grand openings, and community engagement activities.

Provide leadership and direction to marketing staff, contractors, and external partners while prioritizing projects across multiple business units.

Collaborate with executive leadership and department managers to identify marketing opportunities and support strategic business initiatives.

Review and coordinate charitable contribution and sponsorship requests, evaluating submissions for alignment with company priorities and presenting recommendations to executive leadership for final approval.

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continually improve StanCraft's marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience.

Experience developing and leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.

Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or product lines preferred.

Experience managing external agencies, contractors, and vendors.

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of strategic marketing principles and brand management.

Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, website content management systems, and email marketing.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing performance and ROI.

Ability to analyze marketing metrics and use data to inform decisions.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing software platforms.

- Primarily office-based with regular travel between StanCraft locations and offsite events.
