AL-HAAJ BUNDOO KHAN needs no introduction as it’s the most favorite and old chain of Bar-B-Que restaurant of Pakistan serving people nationally and internationally since 1948. Experience all the opportunities of a joining a family legacy now for the first time in the US! Our Restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for the operation of the restaurant. Ensuring quality of food, enjoyment of guests, building a team, managing shifts, and making sure the restaurant is always running at peak performance. Restaurant Assistant Manager is an extremely rewarding opportunity and has a lot of growth potential in our organization. Prior experience as general manager, restaurant assistant manager, shift lead, team lead, supervisor, or experience in BOH, FOH and other food service lead roles are highly desirable.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities may include:

* Assumes responsibility of coaching all employees per shift in all departments following job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
* Assumes responsibility for assigning weekly goals to management and assuring their completion, while accomplishing his/her own goals.
* Minimum or two years in leadership role in the restaurant industry.
* Must possess detailed knowledge of front and back of house management.
* Must be fluent in budgeting, ordering, perpetual inventories and tracking, scheduling, interviewing, training, and customer service.
* Bilingual English – Spanish or Urdu/Hindi is very helpful
* Must be able to stand for 10 hours
* Available to work 50-55 hours per week
* Good computer skills

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
