Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. You will handle cashier responsibilities, process transactions accurately, and support administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs
Process payments and transactions accurately as a cashier, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and word processing using Microsoft Office tools
Support office management tasks including calendar management, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
Assist with client communication by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a positive impression of the office environment

Requirements

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent phone etiquette and experience answering multi-line phone systems
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly as a cashier
Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management techniques
Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus but not required
