We are looking for a 2nd Shift Advanced Machine Operator to join our team in Madison Heights, MI. 

This is a full-time permanent position with paid training!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Equipment and Facility excellence.
Works cooperatively to ensure all equipment and facilities are performing within the manufactures and Trevco’s high safety standards.
Works with the Technical/Facilities Manager and Plant Manager on equipment and project priorities.
Responsible for all equipment weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance.
Completes projects as assigned by the Technical/Facilities Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
Team player who works and collaborates positively with the entire production team.
Responsible for completing break fixes as prioritized by the Technical/Facilities Manager in a timely manner to maintain machine uptime and available machine utilization.
Understand the capabilities of the equipment and the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve any issues.
Ability to understand and implement improvements that optimize throughput of equipment.
Works to resolve any facilities needs that may arise.
Works with R&D Manager on projects related to new products and new equipment.
Responsible for maintaining departmental KPI’s as set by the Technical/Facilities Manager.
Maintain cleanliness of machinery, workstations, and production spaces.
Obsess over the organization of tools, supplies, and overall cleanliness.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate equipment maintenance status.

Desired Skills & Experience:

2+ years of large format printer technician experience (Kornit, Mimaki, Roland).
Excellent understanding of machine uptime and maintenance.
Team player, strong relationship with the production team.
Proficient computer skills: Microsoft, and prior maintenance tracking software.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours during peak season.
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet as needed.
