Company Overview
At Sonoma Federal Credit Union, we're looking for someone who enjoys learning, staying busy, and being part of a close-knit team.
We're a small, community-focused credit union where every employee makes a meaningful impact. While some team members work directly with our members, this position plays a vital role behind the scenes—helping keep our loan and operations departments organized, accurate, and moving forward.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities. Some days may involve focused, repetitive work such as scanning documents, reviewing files, or record maintenance. Other days may involve assisting with projects, supporting loan or operations staff, or providing coverage where needed.
No two days are exactly alike, and the ability to shift between different types of work is an important part of succeeding in this position.
